How Revocle — operated by Esoulz Digital Private Limited — collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data as an artist, label, collaborator or visitor.
LAST UPDATED 9 AUGUST 2026
Who we are
+
Revocle is a digital music distribution and artist services platform operated by Esoulz Digital Private Limited ("Esoulz Digital", "Revocle", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in India (2022), headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data for artists, labels, collaborators and visitors to revocle.com and Revocle Studio. Contact us anytime at support@revocle.com.
Data we collect
+
- Account & profile data — name, email, password, artist/label name, country, role and genre.
- Release & catalogue data — masters, artwork, metadata, lyrics, split sheets, ISRC/UPC codes.
- Payment & payout data — bank details, PayPal/UPI identifiers, billing address, and tax identifiers where required for payouts.
- Form submissions — anything you tell us through our contact, invite-request and funding-application forms, including links to your music and pitch details.
- Usage data — pages visited, device/browser type, IP address and referring links, collected via standard server logs.
- Communications — support emails, pitch conversations and correspondence you send us.
Why we collect it
+
- To create and operate your Studio account and deliver releases to stores.
- To calculate, report and pay royalties accurately.
- To assess funding pitches and administer advances and co-productions.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- To respond to support, licensing and copyright requests.
- To send service updates and, where you've opted in, marketing about Revocle.
We only collect what a given form or feature actually needs — unrelated fields are never read or stored.
Who we share it with
+
- Streaming stores and platforms — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and 200+ others — so your music and metadata can be delivered and monetized.
- Payment processors and banking partners, to move royalties and payouts to you.
- Service providers who host our infrastructure and email, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, only where required by law or to protect our rights, artists or platform.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
International transfers
+
Revocle is based in India, and your music is distributed to stores worldwide — this means release and account data necessarily crosses borders. We take reasonable steps to keep data secure wherever it's processed.
How long we keep it
+
Form submissions are retained as a durable business record. Catalogue, royalty and payment records are kept for as long as your account is active, and for the period required afterward by Indian tax and financial record-keeping law. If you close your account, we retain the minimum data needed to fulfil legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, and delete or anonymize the rest.
Security
+
We use HTTPS everywhere, restrict access to submission and financial data, rate-limit and filter form abuse, and keep infrastructure patched. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Cookies & similar technology
+
revocle.com does not run third-party ad-tracking. We use only the storage strictly needed to run the site and, where used, analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser at any time.
Your rights
+
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing support@revocle.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. Deleting account data may require closing your account and, where applicable, removing your catalogue from stores first — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Children
+
Revocle is not directed at children. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country — or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf — to use the service.
Grievance officer
+
In accordance with Indian law, grievances about how we handle your personal data can be raised with our Grievance Officer at support@revocle.com, Esoulz Digital Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India.
Changes to this policy
+
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date; continued use of Revocle after a change means you accept the update.
