Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Esoulz Digital Private Limited (operating as Revocle) when you use revocle.com and Revocle Studio.

LAST UPDATED 9 AUGUST 2026

Acceptance

+
By creating a Revocle account, submitting a release, requesting funding, or otherwise using revocle.com or Revocle Studio, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Content Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Who can use Revocle

+
You must be able to form a binding contract in your country, and you must own or control the rights to any music you submit — or have written authorization from whoever does. Revocle currently onboards by invite while we scale the house responsibly.

The service

+
Revocle provides worldwide digital distribution to 200+ stores and platforms; royalty collection and payout via your ReWallet; catalogue management (metadata, rights, transfers, takedowns); promotion and pitching; project funding (see below); artist management at a 15% commission for artists who opt in; social media management; and the Talent House roster connecting writers, composers and producers.

Plans & pricing

+
Revocle offers four plans: Debut (₹0, free forever, 1 profile, 5 releases a month, 80% revenue share, 15-day release lead time); Anthem (₹999/year, unlimited releases, standard 7-day delivery, 100% royalty ownership); Platinum (₹1,999/year, everything in Anthem plus priority delivery and advanced analytics); and Legacy (₹3,999/year, everything in Platinum plus multi-artist and label catalogue features). Current pricing and inclusions are always shown at revocle.com/#pricing and may change over time — we'll always honor the price and term you paid for until renewal.

Ownership of your masters

+
You always own your masters and copyrights. Revocle is never assigned ownership by using the distribution service — we're granted only the limited, non-exclusive rights needed to deliver, administer and monetize your release on stores on your behalf, for as long as it stays on Revocle. On every paid plan you keep 100% of royalty ownership; on the free Debut plan you keep 80% of net royalty revenue, with 20% retained by Revocle as the plan's fee.

Royalty payments

+
Stores report streams and sales to us on their own schedules, typically 45–60 days in arrears; we pay out to your ReWallet as soon as those funds clear from the store. You can withdraw via bank transfer, PayPal or UPI in 100+ countries, subject to any minimum payout threshold and standard processing time from your bank or payment provider. Referral credits (₹2,000 per genuine artist referred) and coupon credits sit in your ReWallet alongside royalties and can be spent on promotion or plan renewal — they are not withdrawable as cash. Royalty rate examples shown in our calculator are estimates based on blended industry averages and will vary by store, territory and format.

Project funding

+
Revocle may, at its sole discretion and on merit, fund your project through The Advance — we fund production now and recover the advance only from that project's future royalties, at 0% interest, with your masters and ownership staying fully yours — or The Co-Production — we finance the project end-to-end and release it officially through Revocle under an agreed revenue share, with a minimum 50% share to you. No funding is committed until specific terms are agreed and signed in writing for that project; these Terms alone do not create a funding commitment.

Your responsibilities

+
You're responsible for the accuracy of the metadata, rights information and split information you submit, and for holding whatever licenses your release needs — samples, cover-song mechanicals, features. Misrepresenting ownership, rights or performer identity is a material breach of these Terms.

Prohibited content & conduct

+
See our Content Policy in full. In short, we do not carry content that infringes third-party copyright, manipulates streaming numbers, or falsely impersonates a real artist's voice or likeness — including undisclosed AI-generated impersonation. Violations can lead to takedown, royalty withholding, suspension or termination as set out there.

Takedowns & disputes

+
If a store, rights holder or Revocle identifies a problem with a release — a copyright claim, a Content ID dispute, a metadata error — we may pause or remove that release from stores while we investigate. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond unless we're legally required to act immediately. See our Content Policy for the full reporting and appeals process.

Suspension & termination

+
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, prohibited content, non-payment, or at your request. You may close your account and request that your catalogue be withdrawn from stores at any time by emailing support@revocle.com; withdrawal typically completes within the timelines each store sets, and royalties already earned remain payable to you after closure. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full exit process.

Fees & taxes

+
Plan fees are billed as shown at checkout and are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for any taxes on your own royalty income; we are responsible for taxes properly due on our own fees.

Third-party services

+
Stores, payment processors and other third parties we integrate with have their own terms and policies, which also apply to you. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or decisions made by those third parties, though we'll do what we reasonably can to represent your interests with them.

Disclaimers

+
Revocle is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific streaming numbers, playlist placements, funding decisions, or that any store will accept, retain or promote a given release — those decisions ultimately sit with the store or, for funding, with our A&R review.

Limitation of liability

+
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esoulz Digital Private Limited's total liability arising from your use of Revocle is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, except for royalties properly owed to you, which we will always pay in full.

Governing law

+
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes to these terms

+
We may update these Terms as Revocle evolves. We'll post the change here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use Revocle after that means you accept the update. Material changes affecting active funding agreements will be communicated directly.
